Limited Layaway
We offer a layaway program on pieces beginning at $210 of
3 months ($70 per month). Beginning at a cost of $400, we
offer a 4 month layaway. All payments must be made by check
(to avoid paying 5% to the credit card companies) and on
time at monthly intervals. The first monthly payment is non-refundable.
If no payment is received for two months in a row then all
money paid to date is non-refundable. The layaway offer does
not apply to pieces marked as Sale Items. The 5% discount
for items paid for by check also does not apply. Please call
to make arrangements. All items bought on layaway will be
marked as sold and considered yours. First payment is expected
within 10 days of placing the order. |
RETURN
POLICY:
Ownership of these beautiful pots and jewelry is meant to give you pleasure so
your satisfaction is part of our intention in selling these one-of-a-kind works
of art --- in short, satisfaction guaranteed or you may return the product for
a refund of the full purchase price (service fees for credit card use and are
not refundable and will be deducted from the purchase price).
For
a refund of the purchase price we must be notified within
3 days of receiving the item that you intend on returning
it for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned
to us within 10 days in the same condition in which it was
shipped. No restocking fees are charged. In the event a return
is desired and agreed to beyond these time limits it will
be given as a store credit and not a cash refund. Return

All
returns must be approved prior to the return shipping.
Do not ship a return piece without prior communication
and approval by the seller. Returns by buyers without
prior approval will not be accepted by the seller.
DAMAGED
POTTERY or ART:
In the unlikely event that a pot or jewelry breaks in transit IMMEDIATELY take
the pot in its container to your nearest Post Office or call your local UPS center
so they can confirm the condition of the pot and the packaging. Ask them to hold
the pot until the paper work for an insurance claim is received. We will send
the appropriate paper work to you. We pack all of our items with extremely good
care and protection but on very rare occasion an item can be damaged which is
why we insure all shipments. We guarantee the return of your purchase price
provided you follow these instructions and postal/UPS inspectors concur that
the item broke as a result of shipping.
